Key Responsibilities:
- Manage staffing demands by monitoring intake channels and reviewing demand projections.
- Calculate staffing requirements based on projected demand.
- Develop staff schedules to optimize service delivery and minimize costs.
- Update resource schedules promptly using the schedule management tool (Retain).
- Review and resolve scheduling conflicts in a timely manner.
- Proactively assess resource availability and future project demands.
- Minimize unfulfilled and open demand.
- Manage the mailbox efficiently for staffing-related communications.
- Optimize resource utilization through effective deployment strategies.
- Perform basic reporting and analysis to support staffing decisions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduates with 0-1 year of relevant workforce management experience. Candidates with 1 year of general work experience in any field, demonstrating the required skillset, may also be considered for the Associate role in the resource management team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal abilities.
- A positive attitude and the capacity to perform well under tight deadlines.
Preferred skills:
- Experience in workforce management concepts, resource deployment, and scheduling.
