Key Responsibilities:
- Support the team: Assist in resolving software development, testing, or other technology-related tasks by creating, maintaining, supporting, and implementing assigned projects.
- Set the path to success: Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to understand product requirements and translate them into an executable timeline.
- Drive efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements to develop, sustain, and support ongoing activities, enhancing team performance.
- Lead and mentor: Facilitate the successful transfer of complex domain knowledge to subject matter experts and team members. Lead initiatives related to application development, testing, maintenance, or support, adhering to standard processes.
- Keep management informed: Monitor project activities and provide timely and accurate reports to all stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project progress.
- Continuous learning: Enhance your skills continuously, identify opportunities for process improvement, and provide feedback to subject matter experts, leads, and managers on areas for automation and improvement.
- Strengthen relationships: Build and maintain communication with all stakeholders, including clients, customers, team members, and leaders to resolve issues, meet expectations, and understand needs.

Eligibility Criteria:
- BE/BTech (CSE, IT), B.Sc. (Computers), BCA/MCA, or other Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computing or IT is preferred.

- Functional Domain: Healthcare IT / IT Services Delivery domain.
- Experience: Relevant years of experience in a similar role.
