Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze Business Requirements: Understand and convert business needs into technical specifications.
- Develop Custom Solutions: Design, code, test, and implement custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
- Integrate Systems: Perform Salesforce integration with other systems and applications to streamline operations.
- Maintain and Enhance: Continuously improve and optimize the Salesforce platform for better performance.
- Troubleshoot Issues: Identify and resolve bugs to ensure the stability and functionality of applications.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
- Experience: Proven experience in application and software development, particularly with customer-facing interfaces.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in Salesforce CRM platforms, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate well within a team.
Preferred skills:
- Certifications: Salesforce Administrator or JavaScript Developer I certification.
