Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a SubSurface Application Support Analyst for applications like Petrel, Techlog, OFM, Eclipse, etc.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to provide application support.
- Troubleshoot reported issues for SSW applications and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA).Ensure adherence to customer-specific SLAs and OLAs.
- Maintain flexibility to work in rotating shifts.
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.E/ B.Tech in Petroleum Engineering
- Knowledge of the Oil & Gas domain.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Preferred skills:
- Experience with ServiceNow.
- Background in Application Support.
