Key Responsibilities:
- Automate manual data processes and projects using SQL.
- Develop Power BI and ServiceNow dashboards to present and visualize data insights for various stakeholders.
- Apply advanced data analysis techniques to interpret large and complex datasets.
- Create complex queries, tables, and views in Snowflake, utilizing both normalized and de-normalized datasets.
- Assist in building the infrastructure and automation to ensure effective use of talent data across ServiceNow.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Expertise in Business Intelligence, Mathematics/Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and concepts.
- Experience with Power BI or other BI data visualization tools.
- Proficient in Python and SQL.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
