Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise BI dashboards and reports.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards by aggregating data from various sources.
- Ensure a balance between functionality, aesthetics, and performance to deliver an exceptional user experience, which is a key focus of this role.
- Collaborate with other teams to gather and document reporting requirements and leverage underlying data sources and data warehouses to fulfill business needs.
- Coordinate with the SAP Data Warehouse team to design the data model.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Completed training in Power BI.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Power BI, including M and DAX functions.
- Experience working as a Power BI Developer.
- Background in data warehouse design (e.g., dimensional modeling) and proficiency in SQL databases and SQL queries.
- Knowledge of Azure is an added advantage.
- Understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP), and the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) framework.
- Proven ability to take initiative and drive innovation.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment within a global organization.
