Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily processing activities related to Syndication Loans, including drawdowns, paydowns, fee collection, and timely resolution of queries.
- Possess strong process knowledge in areas such as Bilateral and Syndicated Loans, Agency operations, Loan trading, cash break reconciliation, reporting, and management of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) within benchmark levels.
- Proficient in using relevant workflow tools and systems, such as Loan IQ, ACBS, Intellimatch, GBS, Jetbridge, WSO, etc.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with good analytical and problem-solving abilities, maintaining a proactive and positive attitude.
- Work efficiently and effectively within a team, with excellent customer-facing skills and the ability to build strong rapport with clients.
