Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for analytics and reporting purposes.
- Design and develop Salesforce CRM Analytics datasets, lenses, dashboards, and stories to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Configure and customize Salesforce CRM Analytics applications to meet specific business needs, utilizing features such as SAQL (Salesforce Analytics Query Language), dataflows, and recipes.
- Integrate Salesforce CRM Analytics with external data sources, including Salesforce CRM data, ERP systems, and other third-party applications.
- Optimize the performance and scalability of Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions, ensuring efficient data processing, storage, and visualization.
- Provide training and technical support to facilitate the successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions.
