Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance existing automation test frameworks.
- Collect and report quality metrics based on test execution results.
- Collaborate with developers to design and automate specific testing strategies for newly developed features.
- Develop comprehensive test plans, execute them, and automate the testing process.
- Assist engineering teams in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to applications and development/test environments.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 0+ years of experience with relevant technologies for ServiceNow (SN) and coding skills that produce high-quality results.
- Experience working with various automated testing frameworks, including Java, JUnit, Selenium, TestNG, and other open-source projects.
- Familiarity with agile methodology in software development teams.
- Ability to understand and apply multiple testing techniques (e.g., performance, unit, integration, automated), recognizing their strengths and weaknesses, and effectively addressing any issues identified.
- Proficiency in using tools like IDEs, debuggers, build tools, source control, ServiceNow instances, profilers, and Unix system administration tools to support daily tasks.
