Key Responsibilities:
- Support brand initiatives for the GMNS Control Management team.
- Conduct due diligence on new internet merchants to ensure they are not involved in any violations or brand-damaging activities.
- Execute daily program tasks, processes, and communications to meet process requirements.
- Develop a critical understanding of various violations.
- Communicate with global stakeholders and Compliance Officers.
- Assist in implementing internal policy changes.
- Generate ideas to enhance and improve processes where needed.
- Report issues to the Program Leader, Policy and Program Governance Reporting Team, and third parties.
- Support the registration of high-risk industries with the Global Network business.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
- 0-3 years of experience in operations, control management, or governance roles.
Preferred skills:
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, including issue identification, problem structuring, analysis, and the development of recommendations.
- Demonstrated analytical skills, with the ability to consider all aspects of problems and generate potential solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
