Key Responsibilities:
- Possess basic knowledge of computer software and hardware.
- Knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as Outlook 2016, Office 365, and Office 2016 is preferred, along with experience in troubleshooting hybrid environments of On-Premises and Exchange Online.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, including tasks like password resets, account management, and mailbox and distribution list management, is beneficial.
- Experience working with MS Teams, OneNote, and OneDrive for Business is preferred, and knowledge of Windows Azure functionality for Mobile Device Management is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Skype for Business technologies, including setting up ad-hoc or planned Skype meetings, is desirable.
- Exceptional knowledge of performance optimization for Windows laptops, including reconfiguration, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Up-to-date knowledge of smartphone operating systems such as Android and iOS, including email sync on PDAs, hotspot configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Provide technical resolution or troubleshooting for customers’ laptops, printers, MFDs, and other hardware peripherals.
- Strong knowledge of networking and internet connectivity issues for desktop and portable systems is essential.
- Flexibility to work a 24/7 schedule, including split shifts, split days off, and weekend work.
- Ability to support customers from multiple time zones with a high degree of flexibility.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analyze and resolve incidents and service requests related to the use of application software or hardware.
- Document every incident and support request in the CRM tool, ensuring tickets are either closed or escalated as appropriate.
- Stay informed about ongoing issues, outages, and environmental changes communicated via email and other channels regularly.
- Create a positive customer support experience and build strong relationships by deeply understanding problems and maintaining a professional attitude.
- Be a self-motivated achiever who derives satisfaction from providing excellent customer service.
- Demonstrate a quick learning ability and be an effective team player.
- Meet key performance indicators, such as Customer Satisfaction Survey scores, Contact Quality, First Call Resolution, and Schedule Adherence, while participating in individual and group coaching sessions.
