Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Partner Technology Services team to develop next-generation partner solutions at Apptio.
  • Work closely with our partner ecosystem and internal teams to design and bring joint solutions to market.
  • Understand the technical requirements of our partners and architect solutions that meet the needs of both partners and customers.
  • Serve as the technical liaison between our company and partner organizations.
  • Provide technical support and training to partners to ensure successful implementation and adoption of joint solutions.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Experience in technical support, software services, or system administration within a large end-user environment.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting, data analysis, and working with Windows Servers.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs is an added advantage.
  • Fluent in English.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in database management, including the ability to write and update SQL queries.
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript or a similar programming language.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
  • Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and applying them in a customer-facing role.
  • Effective communication skills, particularly in conveying in-depth technical details and progress updates to customers at an executive level.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently, balancing multiple tasks with varying priorities and urgency.
  • Commitment to acting as a customer champion by proactively staying informed and communicating updates within the company or team.
  • Demonstrates persistence in identifying the root cause of issues and establishing clear plans to resolve customer concerns.
