Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize visualization/reporting technologies, scripting, and programming languages to produce both one-time and recurring deliverables for internal and external clients.
- Participate in the software development lifecycle, including planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as developers and product managers, to identify system requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within products and work towards automating existing processes.
- Develop and implement testing processes for new and existing products or deliverables to ensure they meet customer needs.
- Anticipate potential product or deliverable release issues and take corrective action, escalating as necessary to meet commitments.
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured use cases.
- Identify, record, and thoroughly document issues.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Recent graduates (2024) or postgraduates preferred, with a B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science Engineering.
- Non-technical recent graduates/postgraduates such as MBA, BBA, B.Com, M.Com, B.Sc. Economics, or M.Sc. Economics (Year of passing 2023 or 2024).
Preferred skills:
- Foundational knowledge in data management, analytics, business intelligence, consulting, and/or strategy building.
- Familiarity with data visualization software, preferably Tableau.
- Understanding of scripting languages (e.g., Python, UNIX) and SQL/PLSQL, along with a strong grasp of relational databases.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, self-motivation, and a passion for learning.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
