Key Responsibilities:
- Work as a Full Stack Developer, leveraging React, Node.js, and NoSQL skills to develop a new SaaS offering aimed at addressing SRE and customer support mission-critical use cases.
- Collaborate with a DevOps squad to implement new requirements in a continuous delivery environment.
- Partner with the product management team, the broader software development team, and customers to bring innovative and distinctive capabilities to the market.
- Develop new features, and work closely with the IBM SRE team to maintain and manage the environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Expertise in full-stack product development.
- Strong experience in both front-end and back-end product development.
- Proficiency in React, Node.js, and NoSQL databases.
- Solid understanding of computer science principles, including algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented programming.
- Competence in system design, software-defined infrastructure, and microservices architecture.
- Experience working in a DevOps environment.
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems.
- Excellent communication skills, strong collaboration abilities, and critical thinking.
Preferred Skills:
- Direct problem-solving experience, with a background in addressing and resolving client issues.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external clients, both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to coordinate and lead diverse teams, and multitask in a team-oriented business network environment.
- Agile and Scrum Master skills are a plus, as are software design skills.
