Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze variances in all profit and loss account items and draw logical conclusions from these variances.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory and external financial accounting requirements, including record-keeping, reporting, and auditing functions.
- Support Executives and Managers with research assignments and compliance-related tasks.
- Evaluate internal control systems and procedures, prepare audit reports, and highlight shortcomings along with necessary recommendations.
- Conduct tax audits to ensure proper disclosures and compliance with various tax regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of Audit Programs and follow up by gathering information from clients.
- Stay updated on developments in audit-related areas and ensure the team is informed accordingly.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A graduate degree with both groups of IPCC cleared, or one group cleared and awaiting results for the second.
- No prior experience required.
Skills and Attributes for Success:
- Strong analytical and numerical ability.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
