Key Responsibilities:
Business Strategy and Program Management:
- Develop a deep understanding of key business problems and strategic priorities to identify gaps and potential opportunities.
- Drive the entire process from problem identification to solution execution, ensuring impactful results.
- Define goals based on key metrics, track performance against them, and manage end-to-end execution across various functions.
- Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders to achieve targets.
Problem Solving and Analysis:
- Work on special, time-sensitive initiatives that require strong first-principle thinking and domain/functional expertise.
- Navigate ambiguity comfortably, conducting root cause analyses for key business metrics.
- Perform data analysis to assess the impact of different initiatives on key business metrics (e.g., NMV, orders per DAU) and synthesize findings to inform business decisions.
Stakeholder Management and Communication:
- Communicate and advocate insights to relevant stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
- Provide frequent updates to leadership on business performance across different projects to facilitate discussions and track progress.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams—such as Product, Category Marketing, and Business Finance—during monthly and weekly reviews.
Eligibility Criteria:
- MBA or B.Tech graduate from a premier institute.
- 1-3 years of work experience in fast-paced startups or consulting environments.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
- Experience with startups is a plus.
- Strong inclination towards taking action and creating impact.
- Proven track record of delivering results across various roles.
- Demonstrated rapid career progression, either within the same company or across different companies.
- Ability to develop first-principle thinking.
- Proven skills in building and scaling processes.
- Deep understanding of business operations and customer needs.
- Experience in solving problems using both qualitative and quantitative data on consumer insights.
- Proven ability to drive problems to solutions and identify new opportunities.
