Key Responsibilities:
- Follow the established sourcing strategy.
- Organize the Request for Proposal (RFP) process in line with guidelines.
- Assist in identifying potential suppliers.
- Maintain a basic understanding of the stakeholder community within the assigned work perimeter.
- Manage relationships with tactical suppliers.
- Participate in the analysis of supplier performance.
- Maintain communication with clients and suppliers regarding specific contract and procurement matters.
- Support the delivery of procurement services to the business.
- Understand the P2P (Procure-to-Pay) process and supplier costs across the business.
- Possess basic knowledge of cross-functional work processes.
- Build knowledge and experience across multiple domains of expertise.
- Provide services as assigned by the category to meet specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Support Sourcing Specialists in managing small spend RFx processes.
- Execute sourcing strategies to obtain quotations that meet internal stakeholders’ requirements.
- Ensure alignment between contracts, quotes, and purchase requisitions during the validation process.
- Respond to local stakeholders in resolving day-to-day sourcing activities.
- Collaborate with senior professionals on requests from stakeholders.
- Ensure process compliance within the assigned work perimeter.
- Contribute to the global strategy compliance.
- Provide local input to global category strategies.
- Contribute to the category sourcing strategy, including forecasting, identifying, delivering, and reporting savings.
- Participate in the supplier maintenance process.
- Adhere to overall procurement policies and processes.
