Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Collect, process, and analyze large datasets related to customer interactions and feedback to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can improve the customer experience.
- Storytelling with Data: Create compelling narratives from data insights, effectively communicating the story behind the numbers to engage stakeholders and drive action and change.
- Reporting and Visualization: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to present insights to stakeholders using data visualization tools, making complex data easily understandable.
- Customer Insights: Collaborate closely with the CX team to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in the customer journey, providing insights to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a comprehensive approach to customer experience improvements.
- Predictive Modeling: Apply predictive analytics to forecast customer behavior and trends, developing models to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer experience, tracking the impact of strategies and recommending adjustments as needed.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in data analytics and customer experience, proposing innovative solutions to enhance data analysis processes.
- Decision Making: Support data-driven decision-making processes by providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. A master’s degree is an advantage.
Preferred skills:
- Professional Experience: Proven experience as a Data Analyst, ideally within customer experience or marketing contexts.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Data Visualization: Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- CX Knowledge: Familiarity with customer experience metrics and methodologies is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and storytelling abilities, capable of presenting complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders in an engaging manner.
- Work Style: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
