Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with a mentor on daily tasks.
- Complete assigned tasks with a focus on quality.
- Write unit tests to ensure code reliability.
- Develop and enhance software engineering skills.
- Understand and address pull request (PR) comments.
- Review other team members’ PRs to learn and provide constructive feedback.
- Work effectively within a team in an Agile, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery software development environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering with 0-2 years of experience.
- Ability to solve problems with guidance from senior team members.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain issues and ask relevant questions.
- Knowledge of computer science, algorithms, and data structures.
- Understanding of graphics design, computer graphics, and transformations.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- Proficiency in one of the following tech stacks: .NET/C++ or TypeScript/Node.js.
- Familiarity with unit testing and Test-Driven Development (TDD).Basic debugging skills.
- Basic understanding of database concepts, including SQL and NoSQL.
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms.
Preferred skills:
- Proficiency in mathematics, particularly geometry.
- Understanding of Agile methodology, specifically Scrum.
- Familiarity with web development frameworks like React.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with design patterns, SOLID, and DRY principles.
- Experience with Git as a Distributed Version Control System (DVCS).
