Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with marketers and campaign managers to understand target audiences and generate lists for marketing purposes.
- Ensure that lists meet targeting objectives by leveraging multiple segmentation criteria and ensuring compliance with Firm standards and regulations as appropriate.
- Circulate lists to stakeholders for approval, incorporating any changes, additions, or deletions as necessary.
- Prepare reports and informational tools to help drive the success of marketing initiatives.
- Track pre- and post-event responses to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Generate standard measurement reports for marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate efforts to resolve duplicate entries, enhance data integrity, and ensure adherence to the Firm’s privacy policy.
- Provide project planning and application support as needed.
- Participate in other projects and initiatives as necessary.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Math, or Engineering, or a related field required.1-3 years of experience in campaign management, reporting, and analytics.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or another CRM solution is essential.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and activities.
- Ability to research, develop, and present new ideas, as well as conceptualize innovative approaches and solutions.
Preferred skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in SQL, databases, and other reporting tools is an added advantage.
- Knowledge or experience with BI/data modeling tools (e.g., Cognos, Tableau, R) for creating dashboards, reports, and data standardization/modeling is an asset.
