Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a team leader (technical leader) for an SAP HCM Payroll implementation project.
  • Lead teams in the business transformation/managed services track of SAP engagements.
  • Conduct Business Blueprint requirement gathering workshops to collect business requirements and finalize the to-be design.
  • Deliver Business Blueprint, configuration, functional specifications, unit test scripts, and integration test scripts based on business requirements.
  • Interface and communicate with onsite coordinators.
  • Plan and monitor the project deliverables from the team.
  • Mentor the project team in executing identified projects.
  • Provide regular status reports to the manager and onsite coordinators.
  • Interface with customer representatives as needed.
  • Be willing to travel to customer locations as required.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree
  • Over 1-3 years of SAP HCM experience, including at least 2 implementations of the end-to-end payroll process.
  • Experience with Wage type, Schema, and PCR configuration.
  • Good knowledge of PA/PM and time integration with payroll.
  • Ability to configure tax-related requirements for any of the following countries: US, UK, Canada, Australia, Dubai, and New Zealand.
  • BE/BTech/MCA with 1-3 years of relevant industry experience.

Preferred skills: 

  • Strong process experience in SAP HCM.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors is an added advantage.
  • Understanding and experience with integration best practices.
  • Excellent business communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.
