Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, design, and implement various modular components according to business and technical needs.
- Develop both server-side and UI-side modules.
- Collaborate with product managers and other developers to successfully implement business requirements.
- Clearly communicate solutions and ideas with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Deep understanding of Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, jQuery, React (or similar libraries), CSS, HTML, and database concepts.
- Ability to collaborate with other engineers and manage the entire web software development cycle.
- Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures, distributed systems, and design patterns.
- A disciplined approach to development, documentation, and code structure.
