Key Responsibilities:
You are an Analyst:
- Perform all accounting activities as per the defined SOPs.
- Execute intercompany transactions.
- Perform the entire range of activities related to closing books of accounts.
- Undertake assessment cycles for flawless movement from FI to PA module at month-end.
- Ensure compliance with SOX guidelines.
Compliance:
- Ensure all accounting is in compliance with US GAAPs.
- Maintain effective controls to achieve high accuracy as per internal company guidelines.
Collaboration:
- Review and resolve all audit queries promptly.
- Periodically review the SOP and recommend necessary changes in consultation with relevant collaborators.
Innovation:
- Participate in standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Engage in other business partner initiatives to drive innovation.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree/ MBA
Preferred skills:
- Any graduate with 1+ years’ experience in R2R.
- Proven understanding of US GAAP.
- Proven understanding of ERP systems is a must.
- SAP experience desired.
- Strong communication skills.
- Solid understanding of MS Office.
