Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system manuals, user guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with technical teams to document system designs, configurations, and processes.
- Assist in the collection, analysis, and reporting of key performance metrics to identify trends and insights.
- Support the creation of dashboards and reports that provide visibility into system performance and team operations.
- Participate in the development and implementation of documentation and metrics standards to ensure consistency and quality.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of documentation and metrics practices.
- Respond to documentation-related queries and provide assistance to team members and stakeholders.
- Organize and manage priorities for assigned responsibilities to meet all deliverables.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related or equivalent field.
- 0-1 years of entry-level experience; recent university graduate.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, data-focused, able to work in a team environment, project management, and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorship.
- Must be fluent in English and Hindi (written and spoken).
- Successful completion of an interview is required to meet job qualifications.
- Reliable and punctual attendance is an essential function of the position.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a technical writing or analyst role.
- Familiarity with IT and software development processes.
