Key Responsibilities:
- Product Management Support: Assist the Product Owner and Product Analysts with GenAI product management and innovation sprints.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage effectively with stakeholders and collaborate with other teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Market Scouting: Conduct market scouting to identify new opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Agile Participation: Participate in squad-level agile ceremonies, contribute to project planning and prioritization, and stay updated with best practices in product management and user research.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform product decisions and strategies. Create detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- User Experience Research: Conduct user experience research to gather insights on user needs and behaviors, ensuring that product features and enhancements align with user expectations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration.
- Possess strong organizational, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Preferred skills:
- Translate business needs and requirements into user stories.
- Possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication, including drafting clear and concise reports.
- Experience working with a multicultural, distributed agile team located in different time zones.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
