Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business data and performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with the Facilities Manager, Operations Manager, and other stakeholders to develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Conduct research and analysis to support business cases for new projects, initiatives, and investments.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide timely and accurate information on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide training and support to facilities management staff on new tools, processes, and systems.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive business growth and success.
