Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and document comprehensive test cases based on user stories, covering both positive and negative scenarios, including test data setup/configuration and expected outcomes.
- Execute test cases efficiently and document findings using Jira Zephyr Test cases.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to develop and execute automated tests, enhancing testing efficiency and coverage.
- Troubleshoot issues in automated test scenarios across different systems, ensuring robustness and reliability.
- Contribute to the creation and upkeep of all QA-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to enhance reporting mechanisms and process improvements.
- Perform failure analysis, conduct routine checks, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Create and maintain detailed knowledge documents that outline testing procedures and workflows, promoting best practices.
- Assist in educating the team on support processes and procedures and facilitate effective knowledge transfer.
Eligibility Criteria:

- Preferred Fields: Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred skills:
- Proficient in creating clear and accurate test cases, test scripts, and test results.
- Committed to continuous improvement by experimenting with new test automation tools, processes, and methodologies.
- Understanding of cybersecurity and information security principles.
- Quick learner, able to swiftly adapt to new work environments.
