Key Responsibilities:
- Work in accordance with Agile development models (Scrum, Lean, XP), requiring self-drive and independent decision-making, while remaining flexible to team demands.
- Write efficient and maintainable code following standards and naming conventions defined by SAP.
- Drive topics independently and maintain object ownership.
- Play an integral role in the entire software development lifecycle.
- Contribute to the overall success of the team and its deliverables as a strong team player.
- Learn and develop AI skills to prepare for the intelligent future of our products.
- Communicate effectively with local and remote teams.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in Engineering or an equivalent field.
- Total of 0-3 years of development experience.
Preferred skills:
- Understanding of software design principles and object-oriented design.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Basic knowledge of AI, particularly LLMs and SAP BTP for new features.
- Basic knowledge in ABAP, Data Dictionary, Function Module, OData, and CDS.
- Knowledge of the ABAP programming model for SAP Fiori is an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with version control system tools like GIT.
- Team player with the ability to work successfully in culturally diverse environments.
