Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer service requests from contract validation through to issue resolution.
- Actively participate in emergency situations to ensure the timely restoration of customer networks.
- Oversee SLA and KPI performance, driving enhancements through consultative approaches to ensure customer satisfaction and meet contractual obligations.
- Provide data-driven support to prevent service or performance degradation for customers.
- Plan and execute contracted software implementations in customer networks, ensuring functionality and efficiency.
- Implement corrective actions if software loading is unsuccessful.
