Key Responsibilities for Business Analyst, Analytics:
- Uncover trends to go beyond the obvious and identify the underlying reasons.
- Comfortably deal with ambiguity, ask questions, and take on challenges.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and easily understand new areas of business.
- Own and drive multiple projects to successful completion.
- Be technically proficient in finding and manipulating data to extract insights.
- Present and report findings effectively to Amazon leaders.
- Proficient in SQL and familiar with AWS infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities for Business Analyst Intern:
- Develop and maintain Business Intelligence (BI) products.
- Interact with customers to map features and requirements.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights.
- Proficiency with visualization technologies such as QuickSight.
- Experience working with databases and SQL in a business environment.
- Prior experience in designing and executing analytical projects, dashboards, and reporting.
Preferred skills:
- Detail-oriented with an aptitude for solving unstructured problems, including the ability to extract data from various sources and design, construct, and execute complex analyses to generate data/reports that solve business problems.
- Strong oral, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to participate in group discussions and explain complex solutions.
- Proficiency in applying analytical, computer, statistical, and quantitative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-tasking, high-volume environment.
