Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and issues for functional and leadership-level audiences, customizing reporting artifacts based on the audience.
- Develop solutions for reporting and data needs, including dashboards, reports, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Build appropriate reports and visualizations to present complex KPIs and information, enabling meaningful interpretations and summarizing key insights for management.
- Apply knowledge of business, customers, and products/services/portfolios to synthesize data, forming a story and conveying insights effectively.
- Independently perform ad hoc data analysis and translate the analysis into meaningful, actionable insights.
- Adhere to compliance and risk management guidelines and standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with 0 – 12 months of analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Preferred Skills:
- Beginner to advanced level skills in PowerBI and exposure to Power Platforms, Tableau, and Python, or willingness to learn.
- Exposure to Excel and Python with the ability to automate data management processes.
- Experience with data querying tools like SQL and the ability to write complex queries using SQL.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and build strong partnerships.
- Team player with the ability to work in a deadline-driven and fast-paced environment.
