Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed analysis and draw conclusions.
- Detect missing revenue or unwanted costs and address them, while identifying opportunities to improve overall customer margins.
- Identify data integrity issues and provide resolutions.
- Resolve any identified issues related to clients or customers with determination.
- Prepare and deliver effective presentations.
- Produce reports for assigned projects, clearly outlining achievements, challenges, and roadblocks to assist the project manager in taking the next steps.
- Exhibit good email etiquette.
- Perform data analysis using different tools and databases (such as MS Access tables) and develop solutions or consult with teams who can provide solutions.
- Clearly articulate issues or queries to the relevant teams (account team, sourcing, carrier, etc.) with specific requirements.
- Follow up rigorously until issues are resolved, or follow proper escalation metrics for long-pending issues and monitor until closure.
