Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct investigations on front-end applications by capturing information, applying fix tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows internally and externally.
- Utilize backend techniques such as gathering log files, querying tables, updating database fields, and cycling servers.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal collaborators through verbal and written means.
- Document notes, activities, resolutions, and knowledge articles throughout the investigation lifecycle.
- Prioritize work based on severity to balance client and business needs.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure issues are addressed by the appropriate individuals.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A minimum of four years of related work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, information systems, software engineering, or a related field.
Preferred skills:
- 0 to 2 years of experience in application support, client/customer support, incident management, problem management, and change management.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Willingness to work during the shift from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and adept at effective communication with collaborators across various regions of the globe.
- Readiness to work different shifts and provide on-call support.
