Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and provide high-quality analytical input to support the development and implementation of innovative processes and problem resolution.
- Capture, validate, and document business and data requirements, ensuring alignment with key strategic principles.
- Interrogate, interpret, and visualize large volumes of data to identify, support, and challenge business opportunities and solutions.
- Perform data extraction, storage, manipulation, processing, and analysis.
- Conduct and support options analysis to identify the most appropriate solution.
- Help maintain full traceability and linkage of business requirements to analytics outputs.
- Seek opportunities to challenge and improve current business processes, ensuring the best results for the customer.
- Create and execute quality assurance at various stages of the project to validate analysis, ensure data quality, identify data inconsistencies, and resolve issues as needed.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree
- Background in business analysis tools and techniques, with the ability to influence through communications tailored to a specific audience.
Preferred skills:
- Proficient in using core technical skills.
- Keen eye for detail, with a risk-free approach and focus on controls.
- Experience with business intelligence tools, platforms, concepts, and benefits cases, such as Tableau.
- Strong organizational, planning, and control skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with data knowledge and preparation capability to support analytics.
- Good stakeholder management, engagement, collaboration, and requirements analysis skills.
