Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently and professionally handle customer inquiries and complaints over the phone.
- Provide accurate information and promptly resolve customer issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
- Document all customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to enhance the customer experience.
- Meet performance metrics and targets set by the company.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Proven experience in customer support or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Flexibility to work night shifts.
- Proficient in using customer support software and tools.
