Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze data attributes across multiple systems and processes to ensure data interactions and impacts are understood.
- Drive documentation to build a data library that feeds into data process improvement.
- Undertake strategic analysis to drive solutions and identify opportunities.
- Analyze large volumes of data attributes across datasets pre and post-migration.
- Deliver tasks related to business processes and reference data on time and to the agreed quality.
- Own issue analysis and resolution, driving both short-term and long-term solutions.
- Manipulate data attributes across systems and processes to produce workable data reporting solutions.
- Create comparison reports across multiple internal systems using appropriate tools (e.g., Salesforce, AAA, CRM) for the Data Integrity team.
- Generate reports for management reporting purposes, including target and progress reporting.
- Liaise with global business partners on activities needed for data remediation.
- Identify opportunities for reporting and process improvements for global partners.
- Document data processes and mappings to ensure a comprehensive store of materials.
- Demonstrate domain expertise in data attributes and the associated system and process flows.
- Manage data job processes and liaise with appropriate teams.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred skills:
- Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; solid proficiency in English is required.
- Understanding of information technology processes, data modeling principles, and development, testing, and implementation needs.
- Establish effective links and partnerships to develop joint solutions, and handle difficult customer (internal and external) situations professionally and resourcefully for resolution.
- Ability to work effectively within a group and communicate to complete tasks.
- Cultivate business relationships, partnerships, and alliances internally, externally, and virtually.
