Key Responsibilities:
- Remotely monitor the efficient functioning of assigned sites through outbound calls, emails, and coordination with field executives.
- Liaise between field executives/sellers and various internal and external agencies to ensure efficient and timely execution of operations.
- Train and guide sellers on the execution and adherence to norms and practices.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), analyze data, and propose features and processes to enhance the seller experience.
- Be willing to work on weekends.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Statistics.
- Proficiency in Excel.
Preferred skills:
- Experience with SQL.
