Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in completing Jio recharges.
- Sell new Jio connections to prospective customers.
- Resolve customer queries within agreed timelines.
- Ensure a delightful customer experience.
- Respond to all customers in an appropriate tone and language.
- Capture customer details and data relevant to the call or service.
- Learn about Jio’s plans, products, and services to add value to the offering.
Eligibility Criteria:

- Basic knowledge of reading and writing.
