Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze our clients’ IT controls and processes across security and risk management operations to enhance operational performance.
- Provide managed services programs using ITIL-aligned processes to maintain highly secure and available mission-critical systems and address software vulnerabilities.
- Develop methods for monitoring “smart” devices connected to the enterprise network.
- Conduct continuous monitoring and security analytics as part of SOC operations.
- Assist forensic accountants in detecting and quantifying fraud or other violations.
- Support incident response, troubleshoot, problem-solve, and simplify complex technical issues for clients during operations.
- Integrate business needs with technology solutions, including developing system requirements, designing prototypes, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing solutions.
- Utilize querying and data mining techniques on large datasets to identify patterns and utilize predictive modeling capabilities.
- Assess the effectiveness of clients’ controls to ensure reliable external financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and safeguarding of mission-critical assets.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, specializing in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related Circuital and Non-Circuital Branches.
- Possess a Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Computer Application, with a specialization in Cyber Security, Computer Science, or Software Engineering.
Preferred skills:
- Maintain a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) equivalent to 60% with no current backlog preferred.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication (written, verbal, and presentation), and global virtual platform skills.
- Exhibit a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and adherence to processes.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction and focus on resolving customer issues effectively.
- Possess moderate analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate moderate proficiency in computer programming, including C, C++, Java, Python, programming foundations, Relational Databases, Networking Concepts, and SQL.
- Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Understand cybersecurity and risk domains, with an added advantage.Display a strong curiosity and agility in learning and adapting.
- Show inclination towards solving complex and challenging problems, which is a plus.
