Key Responsibilities:
- Drive analytics for user revenue growth programs and A/B tests by analyzing results and communicating insights.
- Partner with product managers to understand product and customer behavior and features, using insights to make recommendations for improving customer experience and engagement.
- Specialize in stitching and calibrating sparse and noisy data from various data sources.
- Support regular ad-hoc data and analysis needs to better understand customer behavior.
- Build reporting frameworks and resources that enable partners to self-serve information.
- Collaborate with teams including product analytics, Go-To-Market, and Campaign.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Computer Science, Analytics/Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, or a Bachelor’s degree in a similar field with relevant practical experience.
- Possess strong skills in a data science/analytics role with a proven track record of success.
- Have experience in hypothesis testing and A/B test analytics.
- Demonstrate expertise in working with large data sets using SQL/Spark SQL.
- Have hands-on experience with Cloud Platforms, such as Databricks, including the ability to create DAGs and run data pipelines in the cloud.
- Show expertise in developing sophisticated reports/dashboards using Tableau and Power BI; experience with Adobe Analytics is a plus.
- Exhibit good attention to detail and the ability to stitch and QA multiple data sources.
- Possess strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Have the ability to synthesize large-scale data sets to generate clear stories and impactful insights.
- Maintain a curious mind, passion, and motivation to learn new skills, tools, and analytics techniques critical for tackling business challenges.
- Be open to working across US time zones (primarily PST).
- Have the ability to communicate business insights effectively to stakeholders.
