Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a mentor and guide, providing career advice to potential learners.
- Counsel learning prospects, offer career advice, and explain how CCBP 4.0 Programs can accelerate their careers.
- Establish the effectiveness and uniqueness of CCBP 4.0 Programs.
- Take responsibility for the entire sales closing life cycle for assigned leads, including phone/video calls, product demonstrations, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management.
- Maintain a detailed database of all interactions with leads and provide constant feedback on lead quality to the respective team.
- Carry weekly revenue and enrollment targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Native speaker of Telugu, Tamil, or Hindi.
- Excellent communication skills in Telugu, strong interpersonal abilities, and effective presentation skills.
- Highly dedicated, hardworking individuals with extreme determination.
- Reliable and trustworthy individuals who can easily build rapport with prospects, and possess a strong sense of empathy and great patience.
- Systematic approach to building sales funnels, tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks, and consistently exceeding targets within deadlines.
- Sales mindset to effectively communicate NxtWave’s offerings to prospective learners and achieve revenue targets.
- Passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service at all times.
Preferred skills:
- Proficiency in English is an added advantage.
- Sales experience in the EdTech domain is an additional advantage.
