Key Responsibilities:
- Interface and coordinate with client engagement partners to comprehend the requirements of RFP/RFI.
- Develop detailed scope documents, including functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring all customer needs, both stated and unstated, are addressed.
- Create workflow charts and diagrams, analyzing system capabilities, and drafting specifications after thorough research and analysis of customer requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as project managers, pre-sales team, tech leads, and architects to design and formulate accurate and timely responses to RFP/RFIs.
- Understand and convey the financial and operational impact of any proposed changes.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to solicit clarifications and feedback regarding the proposed solution for a particular RFP/RFI, and instruct the delivery team to make necessary adjustments in the design.
- Empower customers through demonstration and presentation of the proposed solution/prototype.
- Foster and maintain relationships with customers to optimize business integration and lead generation.
- Ensure continuous reviews and feedback from customers to enhance and deliver better value (services/products) to them.

- Process Excellence: Competently executes projects with a focus on end-outcomes and processes, possessing an understanding of end-to-end delivery processes and their governance.
- Documentation and Research Orientation: Proficient in articulating requirements, applying and documenting them effectively, and conducting market/secondary research on emerging areas of expertise.
