Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop microservices and applications using various programming languages such as Java, Golang, HTML5/JS, and Angular.
- Utilize Kubernetes and Docker for containerization and orchestration.
- Collaborate closely with product management and the architecture office to understand product requirements and high-level architecture/design.
- Manage the requirements flow from detailed design through implementation, testing, delivery, and maintenance of complete end-to-end features.
- Apply continuous integration, testing, and delivery methodologies and tools.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related disciplines.
- 1-3 years of experience in software development.
- Experience in building UI applications using Angular, React JS, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, etc.
- Hands-on experience in developing microservices using Java, Golang, Python, etc.
- Hands-on experience in API design and development.
- Hands-on experience in developing RESTful services.
- Experience in developing automated tests, including unit tests, Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) tests, and UI tests.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to take ownership of small tasks and deliver without supervision, while knowing when to seek help.
Preferred skills:
- Prior experience in developing microservices and web applications.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, in a small development team.
- Ability to break down problems and estimate time for development tasks.
- Awareness of competitors and industry trends.
- Ability to voice opinions and present clear rationales, using data or factual evidence to influence decisions.
- Recognizes and participates in collaborative behavior and activities.
- Understands the organization’s vision statement and decision-making framework, and can see how team and personal priorities contribute to the organizational vision.
