Key Responsibilities:
- Remotely monitor the efficient functioning of assigned sites through outbound calls, emails, and coordination with field executives.
- Act as a liaison between field executives/sellers and various internal and external agencies to ensure efficient and timely execution of operations.
- Train and guide sellers to ensure proper execution and adherence to norms and practices.
- Develop and implement SOPs, analyze data, and propose features and processes aimed at improving the seller experience.
- Willingness to work on weekends.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field, such as computer science, engineering, or statistics.
- Possess experience with Excel.
Preferred skills:
- Have experience with SQL.
