Key Responsibilities for Business Expert:
- Introduce Apple solutions, technology, and services to business customers.
- Spend time on the sales floor, engaging with first-time and existing business customers to understand their needs.
- Generate new leads and build relationships through phone interactions, in-store workshops, and events.
- Discover customer needs through briefings and collaborate with the Business Team to prepare and present proposals.
- Work with the entire Business Team to create tailored solutions for customers with complex needs.
- Inform customers about the complete suite of sales support options available.
- Engage customers to explore the possibilities of integrating Apple technology into their businesses, fostering success for both the customers and your team.
Key Responsibilities for Operations Expert:
- Ensure products take the final step in the supply chain by getting into customers’ hands.
- Manage the store’s entire inventory, including products, parts, tools, and supplies.
- Provide support, knowledge, and resources to your team to maintain product availability, complete inventory tasks, and keep the stockroom organized as new products arrive.
- Maintain constant communication with management and leadership teams, sharing data about the status of products and parts.
- Be the first to open and present new products to the entire store team.
- Ensure Apple products are ready to be placed in customers’ hands.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Understanding of how businesses use technology and the solutions Apple can offer them.
- Comfortable using the phone to interact with customers and promote business solutions.
- Ability to facilitate business experiences through in-store briefings, workshops, and events.
- Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and showing curiosity to learn.
- Demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.
Preferred skills:
- Comfortable developing qualified leads over the phone.
- Possess strong people and presentation skills, with excellent verbal communication abilities.
