Key Responsibilities:
- Accomplish test procedures and/or scripts either manually or using automated tools.
- Supervise and report on test execution in a timely manner, focusing on achieving outstanding quality.
- Capture and detail the outcomes of test executions, including all information needed to support ongoing measurements and reporting on risks, defects, tests, and coverage.
- Analyze reports and discrepancies to determine root causes and evaluate script failures at a high level.
- Compare and analyze system behavior against expected results and important metrics based on business and technical requirements, identifying issues, proposing system improvements, and performing repetitive test executions to resolve identified issues.
- Participate in and contribute to internal design reviews of testing materials.
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.A. or B.Sc. in IT, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or Systems Analysis.
Preferred Skills:
- Proven experience and knowledge in programming, testing tools, and testing methodologies.
- Hands-on technical experience in testing software projects.
