Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate marketing collaterals from Gartner clients to ensure compliance with Gartner Content Compliance policy.
- Provide guidance to clients to improve the quality of their content.
- Ensure 100% adherence to SLAs on client-facing deliverables.
- Support clients in faster promo approval by participating in client calls to address questions on edits provided by promo review associates.
- Address client queries related to policy guidelines for promo campaign creation through client calls.
- Collaborate with the Client Success team to enhance client experience by providing quality reviews.
- Demonstrate the ability to seek feedback from stakeholders and leverage metrics and internal analysis to identify opportunities for service delivery improvement.
- Liaise efficiently with internal stakeholders and senior management, structuring communications, business analysis, and professional presentations effectively.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate with 0-4 years of work experience.
- Excellent command of written English, capable of writing succinct messages to ensure clients understand review comments and feedback.
- Strong aptitude for qualitative and quantitative research and analysis.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with proficiency in English.
Preferred skills:
- Exposure to digital content review or content management is a plus.
- Keen eye for detail while reviewing clients’ collateral.
- Strong orientation towards process and operational excellence.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Enjoys working in a collaborative and high-performing team environment and is keen to accelerate their learning curve.
- Detail-oriented with high personal standards for quality and accuracy.
