Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate globally with sponsors, users, and engineering colleagues across multiple divisions to develop end-to-end solutions.
- Engage in continuous learning from experts within the field.
- Utilize a variety of technologies as needed by the team, including Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, APIs, GraphQL, Elastic Search, Kafka, Kubernetes, and Machine Learning.
- Demonstrate the ability to innovate and nurture new ideas.
- Tackle a diverse range of challenges, often involving large datasets, real-time processing, messaging, workflow, and UI/UX.
- Participate in the entire software development life cycle, encompassing defining, designing, implementing, testing, deploying, and maintaining software across our product portfolio.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field of study.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Java development.
- Have experience in automated testing and understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts.
- Exhibit the capability, along with perseverance, to effectively communicate ideas and arguments both verbally in meetings and in written form.
Preferred skills:
- Proficiency in UI/UX development.
- Ability to design APIs for creating interconnected services, message buses, or real-time processing.
- Experience with relational databases.
- Familiarity with the financial industry and compliance or risk functions.
- Skill in influencing stakeholders.
