Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt responses to executive ad-hoc requests concerning project management, presentation development, and business analysis.
- Organize intricate information strategically and convincingly, showcasing strong design skills and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Quickly and iteratively create wireframes and mock-ups for management presentations, reports, and dashboards.
- Effectively communicate with key business partners to grasp project requirements and drive subsequent actions. Oversee and deliver essential work streams and tasks.
- Identify critical business risks on the platform and facilitate the resolution of mitigating controls. Assist in audit, regulatory, and compliance tasks, including driving specific action plans within the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework. Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls, employee recognition, and strategy sessions.
- Gather and maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration platforms like SharePoint.
- Engage in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, consistently seeking opportunities to streamline, enhance, and add value to existing business processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Demonstrate prior experience in Business Management or COO roles.
- Exhibit a track record of delivering timely and high-quality presentations and reports across various projects and stakeholders.
- Maintain keen attention to detail, emphasizing design excellence continuously.
- Display proven ability in managing interactions with diverse stakeholder groups and advancing agendas effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Possess outstanding communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Capable of articulating and justifying design decisions thoughtfully.
- Expected to have intermediate to advanced proficiency in all MS Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Pivot Tables.
- Show self-motivation, tenacity, and the capability to work with a high degree of independence.
- Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication abilities.
- Exhibit strong time management and prioritization skills.
