Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Analysis:
- Understand the functional aspects of clients’ requirements.
- Efficient Task Execution:
- Raise clarifications, issues, or concerns regarding work output to the lead on time.
- Adhere strictly to schedule and timelines.
- Foster effective working relationships with team members and supervisors.
- Comply with organization policies and procedures.
- Engage in project and organizational initiatives led by Delivery leadership.
- Ensure appropriate classification and prioritization of tasks.
- Follow defined processes during task execution.
- Provide periodic updates on task progress as required.
- Documentation:
- Assist in creating documentation for client-specific applications, project-specific processes, and workflows.
- Generate application-specific reports, such as SLA KPI reports and performance metrics.
- Participation in Calls/Status Reporting:
- Participate in daily standup calls and weekly meetings.
- Contribute to the creation of weekly and monthly reports for clients.
- Learning/Training:
- Acquire knowledge of quality processes and practices within the project from various sources.
- Review project-specific documents and attend boot camps to understand client application suites, technology stacks, and specific processes and tools (e.g., Quality Center, JIRA).
- Attend Knowledge Transition sessions to gain proficiency in project-level knowledge.
- Complete domain, technical, and project-related training and certifications.
